I used the stamp out tool to take the leaf out of the picture to the left that is covering the flower. Then I added some additional water spots after removing the leaf.
Wow! That looks like a tedious task. This is what digital photo is all about. Amazing how you patched in the color of the yellow petal after removing the leaf!

This is such a good job. Now that you've experienced such a project you can understand why photoshop experts get paid so much!!
